REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Our return / cancellation policy is simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Order Errors
If you receive products that are different from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order so that we can rectify it. We will rectify it by giving you the correct order, at no cost to you. You will take the wrong order as complementary but we will not take it back.
If for some reason, or the other, we are not able to rectify it, you will be refunded by way of EFT the order amount associated with the error, within 48 hours.
Order Incomplete
In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you.
Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. We will then deliver the missing order to you, at no cost to you.
If for some reason, or the other, we are not able to rectify the missing order, you will be refunded by way of EFT the order amount associated with the error, within 48 hours.
Order Dissatisfaction
We slaughter and package our chickens fresh to order. You are free to cancel before we slaughter and package your order.
Refunds and/or replacement products are available upon request for orders in which the products are wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCTS, JUST LET US KNOW, AND WE WILL REFUND YOU 100% OF WHAT YOU ARE DISSATISIFED WITH.
Cancel Order
Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give you credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared and packaged for you.
Delivery Cancelled
It’s possible your delivery might be cancelled if we are unable to find or reach you. When our driver arrives at your delivery address, they’re prompted to contact you so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting the food to arrive.
If a delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you will have to call us back and arrange for a collection. In the interim, you order may be frozen if it is uncollected for more than 2 days after the delivery was cancelled. No refund will be made for an order that you have failed to collect after delivery was cancelled.
